lessons is at your own risk. The classes taught at Elevation Sports are physical in nature and there is always a risk of injury. The participant is responsible for any injuries.<\/p><p>1.2 It is mandatory to report injuries to the teacher. without this<br \/>knowledge, the teacher is not able to properly guide the participant. For women, a pregnancy must also be reported to the teacher.<\/p><p>2 \u00a0It is possible that a lesson is cancelled. If this is the case, the reservation will be canceled and the participant can follow the lesson at another time. Check the website if you want to be sure that the class continues.<\/p><p>3 \u00a0Elevation Sports is not liable for the participant\u2019s belongings.<\/p><p>4 Elevation Sports reserves the right to use the studio for a maximum of 7 consecutive days<br \/>days without any form of refund. This may be necessary when, for example, a renovation has to be realized. The participant can follow the lessons at another time, but before the end of the subscription or ride card.<\/p><p>5 During the holidays we normally keep an extensive schedule, but there may be a holiday schedule, which means that there are temporarily fewer lessons.<\/p><p>6 \u00a0The customer is responsible for attending the classes and Elevation Sports does not offer refunds for missed classes.<\/p><p>7 Each Subscription and ride card is strictly personal and is non-transferable.<\/p><p>9 \u00a0Elevation Sports reserves the right to change the class schedule. Although the schedule is normally only extended, the participant accepts that the schedule can be changed without consultation without any form of refund, provided Elevation sports continues to comply with the offer of two or more classes per week.<\/p><p>10 \u00a0Elevation Sports does not offer any refund of the amount already paid (not even in the case of removals). Keep this in mind when determining the subscription choice.<\/p><p>11 This is a continuous subscription which is extended every 4 weeks. For annual subscriptions, this agreement is automatically renewed every 52 weeks and payments are collected at the same interval of 4 weeks. There is a notice period of 4 weeks for monthly subscriptions and 8 weeks for annual subscriptions. In case of cancellation, you will always receive a confirmation of cancellation; without proof of cancellation, the cancellation is not valid.<\/p><p>12 Automatic payment: Debits are made by Stg Mollie Payments. Payments are automatically collected at an interval of 4 weeks for both monthly and annual subscriptions. All conditions and prices that apply with automatic payment per authorization are based on a subscription agreement of at least 1 month. If you want to cancel after a subscription period of 1 month, you must cancel in writing at least 1 month in advance for monthly subscriptions and 8 weeks in advance for annual subscriptions.<\/p><p>13\u00a0 At Elevation Sports, photos are regularly taken, these photos can be used for social media or other promotional purposes. I expressly and voluntarily accept all risks of personal injury, caused during or after participation in martial arts and fitness at elevation sports, whether or not caused by the negligence of the \u201creleased persons\u201d and I further agree that I will not will sue or sue the \u201creleased parties\u201d for damages or other losses resulting from my participation in martial arts and fitness at elevation sports.
